Gather your details
Note your install date, the installing dealer, and the product/shade applied.
Document the issue
Take clear photos of the affected window(s) showing the defect.
Submit your claim
Fill in the claim form below, or contact your installing dealer with your details and photos.
We make it right
Once verified, we arrange repair or replacement of the affected film at no cost.
Register a warranty claim.
